Child Care Schedules
Since it is vital that the highest quality of care is available at all times, careful scheduling maintains licensing ratios while providing the flexible options that busy families require.
Scheduling Child Care
In order to maintain licensing ratios it is vital that all child care schedules are approved ahead of time. No child may be enrolled for less than one hour a day and no child may be in care for more than 10 hours per day. Two-week written notice and the signing of a new contract are required before a permanent change in the schedule goes into effect.
Full Time Child Care Schedule
Full time care consists of twenty-five or more hours per week; four or more days per week. Contracting for full time care guarantees that Tata’s Home Child Care, LLC has a space reserved exclusively for your child at all times that the program is open. Full time spaces are guaranteed long-term.
All Day Part Time Child Care Schedule
All day part time care consists of up to twenty-five hours per week; one to three days/week, and schedules that cross 12 Noon. Contracting for part time care guarantees that Tata’s Home Child Care, LLC has a space reserved for your child during scheduled hours only. Part time spaces are not guaranteed long-term; in the event that a full time space is needed you will be given the option to switch to full time care.
AM/PM Part Time Child Care Schedule
AM/PM part time care consists of up to twenty-five hours per week; only schedules that do not cross 12 Noon. Morning half day includes the hours of 6:00 AM - 12:00 PM. Afternoon half day includes the hours of 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM. Half day schedules may not cross 12 Noon; schedules that cross 12 Noon are considered all day care regardless of the actual number of hours attended. Contracting for half-day care guarantees that Tata’s Home Child Care, LLC has a space reserved for your child during scheduled hours only. In the event that a full-day or full time position is needed, you will be given the option to switch to full day or full time care.
Before/After School Child Care Schedule
Before/After school care consists of no more than 3 hours total per day. Before/After school care is available for children aged five years and up while they are enrolled in and attending school. Before/After school care spaces are available on a limited basis depending on group size and are not guaranteed long-term. A minimum of one hour per day is required for school age schedules.
Drop-In Child Care Schedule
Due to the amount of paperwork required to enroll a child in care, our program does not regularly provide drop-in care. Exceptions may be made in special circumstances; please contact us in advance to request drop-in care. $50.00 per day.
Rates
School Age Program - Before/After School Care
Before/After School care is up to three hours per day, five days a week, with a minimum of five hours required each week. Cost: $6.00/hour.
School Age Program - AM/PM Care
AM/PM care consists of up to five hours per day mornings or afternoons. In order to maintain licensed ratios AM/PM schedules may not cross 12 Noon. Cost: $30.00/half day.
School Age Program - Part Time Care
Part time care is up to twenty-four hours per week, including schedules that cross 12 Noon. Cost: $40.00/full day.
School Age Program - Full Time Care
Full time care consists of twenty-five or more hours per week and is eligible for a discount on tuition. Cost: $150.00/week.
Infant and Toddler Child Care - AM/PM Care
AM/PM care consists of up to five hours per day mornings or afternoons. In order to maintain licensed ratios AM/PM schedules may not cross 12 Noon. Cost: $35.00/half day.
Infant and Toddler Child Care- Part Time Care
Part time care is up to twenty-four hours per week, including schedules that cross 12 Noon. Cost: $40.00/full day.
Infant and Toddler Child Care - Full Time Care
Full time care consists of twenty-five or more hours a week, three to five days per week. Cost: $170.00/week.
Preschool Child Care - AM/PM Care
AM/PM preschool child care consists of up to five hours per day mornings or afternoons. In order to maintain licensed ratios AM/PM schedules may not cross 12 Noon. Cost: $30.00/half day for 2-3 years; $30.00/half day for 3-5 years.
Preschool Child Care- Part Time
Part time care is up to twenty-four hours per week, including schedules that cross 12 Noon. Cost: $35.00/full day for 2-3 years; $35.00/full day for 3-5 years.
Preschool Child Care - Full Time
Full time care consists of twenty-five or more hours a week, three to five days per week. Cost: $160.00/week for 2-3 years; $150.00/week for 3-5 years
